Little Egg Harbor Township
Little Egg Harbor Township is the heart of Teri's market — the community she knows best and works most actively. A mix of single-family ranches, lagoon-front homes, and waterfront properties, LEH offers some of the best value on the Shore. The Mystic Island section brings waterfront living at accessible price points, while neighborhoods like Radio Road and the Boulevard offer solid starter homes for first-time buyers.
Barnegat Township
Barnegat Township is one of Ocean County's most well-rounded communities — large enough to offer real amenities, yet close enough to the Shore to still feel like the coast.
